A permanent research position in integrative biophysical modelling is available and open for applications in the Modelling and Digital Imaging Team, Institut Jean-Pierre Bourgin for Plant Sciences (INRAE Versailles-Saclay). This opportunity should be of interest to young researchers with solid skills in computational modelling of biophysical/biomechanical processes, with an initial background in (bio)physics or other fields (applied mathematics, computer science, computational biology). There will also be two 2 year post-doc positions available over the 2025-2026 period, funded by a French ANR project on the development of a 3D image based computational model of multicellular plant tissue development and morphogenesis. These will be advertised early 2025.
